Being In God's Word
The New Testament confirms this: “All Scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” ( 2 Tim. 3:16-17).
As we read and hear the written Word, may we learn more about God's relationship with us and the sacrifice he made for our salvation!

Adam and Eve took the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil into their hands after listening to the deception of the crafty serpent. Since that time, the devil has attempted to
hold humanity in his clutches like a strong man. No mere human being can escape the thralls of this bondage—that is, until one stronger than the strong man comes, binds him, and plunders his
possessions. By the “finger of God” (Luke 11:20), Christ has bound the devil in order to bring us into His loving care. Jesus overcame the devil’s temptation in the desert and cast out demons, and He was faithful to go all the way the cross to defeat the devil, the world, and our sinful flesh. Though the devil still “prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour,” his days are numbered; thus, we humble ourselves “under the mighty hand of God” that protects His church until Christ’s return (1 Peter 5:6–11).
Join us as we gather together!
The Bible tells us that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own efforts or works (Ephesians 2:8-9). Grace Alone. Faith Alone.
As Christians saved by God’s Grace, we are compelled to share this Good News freely. At Our Redeemer Lutheran Church we are proclaiming the Gospel worldwide 24/7 over our internet radio station: LIVE365:Lutheran. People of all ages can hear the Word of God taught, preached, and sung in English—with plans to include other languages in the future. It is our prayer that many will come to faith, through the work of the Holy Spirit, by listening and accepting God’s marvelous Grace!
Tune in to hear God’s Word today!
